As it actually looks as if we will get a honey crop this year, Lynfa will deal with how to go about collecting your supers from the apiary, extracting the honey from the frames, and storing and bottling the honey. The webinar will be aimed at beginner beekeepers but hopefully there will be tips for everyone. The emphasis will be on the safe, clean, and hygienic preparation of honey, as many people will be offering their end product for sale. As hobby beekeepers, it is likely we are using our kitchens or utility rooms so there are a few things we need to consider to avoid any problems.
