Asian Hornet update!
By the end of 2023 72 asian hornet nests had been confirmed in Britain. This is an enormous increase on previous years but increased awareness and reporting contributed to the total. An excellent first meeting was held this afternoon at the training apiary. Lots of new faces and plenty of the regulars made it a lively and interesting session. The next meeting is on Sunday 5th May and we hope to see you all again then!🐝
