Honey Kitchen exhibition opening on Monday 22nd July

The new Honey Kitchen exhibition at the ‘Pembrokeshire Beekeeping Centre’, will be opening on Monday 22nd July at Scolton Manor Museum, near Haverfordwest, to coincide with National Countryside Week!

This, together with the ‘Pine Tree Apiary’, will form part of the new centre, which opened for the first time in 2012. It is hoped that all PBKA members, as well as the public, will visit this exciting new development and take advantage of the training opportunities which will be developed over the coming months and years!

PBKA on Radio Pembrokeshire’s, ‘Farming Show’ on Sunday 21st July

The new ‘Pembrokeshire Beekeeping Centre’ at Scolton Manor, near Haverfordwest, will be featured in an interview with Paul Eades, the PBKA Secretary and Apiary Manager this Sunday, 21st July on Pembrokeshire Radio’s Farming Show, to promote National Countryside week which commences on Monday 22nd July.

The show starts at 8.00am with the interview scheduled to be broadcast between 8.30am and 8.45am!

National Countryside Week

Pembrokeshire Beekeepers’ Association is proud to be a supporter of National Countryside Week 22nd – 28th July 2013. The week, organised by The Prince’s Countryside Fund aims to remind people of the value of the countryside and why it shouldn’t be taken for granted. There are lots of ways to get involved in National Countryside Week and show your support.
